The second generation of the already well-known and proven Springfield Armory Saint Victor carbine is officially presented in our stores.The updated version retained the key advantages of the AR-15 platform and received a number of technical improvements.
The carabiner has a wear-resistant Cerakote ceramic coating in Tungsten Gray color, which provides additional protection against corrosion and mechanical damage.
The carbine is chambered in 5.56 NATO / .223 Remington and equipped with a 16-inch Medium-profile barrel made of 4150 steel with a Melonite coating, which increases wear resistance and corrosion resistance.Thread pitch — 1:7, muzzle thread — 1/2×28.A new flame arrester is installed on the barrel.The gas system is mid-length, with a pinned gas block, which is securely fixed and does not change its position under the influence of recoil, unlike solutions with goujons.
The upper receiver is made of forged high-strength 7075-T6 aluminum and has an anodized finish.Equipped with a cartridge sender button and a dust curtain.
The lower receiver is also made of 7075-T6 forged aluminum and features the company's Accu-Tite™ Tension System, which allows you to adjust the clearance between the upper and lower receiver with the help of an adjustment screw (adjustment is made after removing the pistol grip).
The carbine has a double-sided safety with a stroke angle of 45°, while the magazine reset button and shutter delay are single-sided.
